Returns Policy
Eligible full-price footwear, apparel, shin guards and goalkeeper gloves may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit, provided they are unused, in original condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase.

Sale items, hygiene products (including socks, compression wear, base layers, underwear and mouthguards), personalised items and all other products are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.
