Change of Mind Returns

At Soccer United, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you've changed your mind, we offer returns on eligible full-price footwear, apparel, shin guards and goalkeeper gloves purchased from Soccer United.

Eligible Products

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must:

• Be a full-price footwear, apparel, shin guard or goalkeeper glove product.
• Be returned within 10 days of the purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).
• Be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, tags and accessories.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return meets these conditions, you may choose one of the following:

• Refund to your original payment method.
• Exchange for another size or product.
• Soccer United store credit.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Sale, clearance or promotional items.
• Hygiene products, including socks, compression wear, base layers, underwear and mouthguards.
• Footballs, training equipment, goals, supporters' merchandise, accessories and all other products not specifically listed as eligible above.
• Personalised or customised items.
• Items that have been worn, used, washed or damaged after purchase.
• Items returned outside the 10-day return period.

Faulty Products

This Change of Mind Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose or does not match its description, Soccer United will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
